摘要
为了实现锭子适应细纱机高速的要求,改善传统锭子能耗大、用油量大的现状,介绍了影响锭子功耗的因素及现有锭子的结构型式并针对性提出了改进方向,重点对高速整体轴承锭子的结构及改进效果进行了分析。指出,上轴承直径、锭带轮大小、轴承润滑状态及锭子振动等因素对锭子功耗影响较大且制约了锭速的进一步提高;高速整体式轴承锭子上下轴承档及锭带轮直径大幅减小,有较宽的适纺速度,所有驱动元件能比传统锭子节能20%以上。
In order to cater the high speed of the spinning frame against the conventional spindle with high energy and oil consumption,introduction is made to the factors with the energy consumption of the spindle and the modification suggestion is given to the existing spindle structure.Analysis is highlighted on the structure of the integrated bearing spindle and the modification.It is pointed out that the diameter of the up bearing,size of the tape wheel,bearing lubrication status and the vibration of the spindle are important factors with energy consumption hindering the speed upgrading of the spindle.The driving elements of the integrated bearing spindle are 20%energy economy in comparison with the conventional spindle due to marked reduction of the size of the bearing and diameter of the tape wheel and the wide speed application.
