摘要
介绍聚酰亚胺纤维一步法生产线流程,对实际生产中出现的成品丝束含水量大的问题,针对涉及的设备装置进行分析探讨,提出更改方案。对卷曲前方案考虑增加烘干定型机组所属橡胶轧辊的气源压力,提高卷曲系统的电加热温度;对卷曲后方案考虑将浸泡式上油改为摩擦式上油,延长丝束热定型时间,达到降低丝束含水量的目的。指出,调节橡胶轧辊的气源压力和增加电加热设备工作温度的方案简单易操作,达到使用要求。
Introduction is made to the one-step production flow of polyimide fiber,As to the high water content in the fiber tow,solution is given to the problem through modification of the equipment involved.The air pressure increases for rubber roller on the hot setting equipment before the crimping process,and the electric heating temperature is also increased for crimping system.As to the after crimping process,it is better to use friction oiler instead of tension oiler,so as to increase the hot setting time of the tow fiber,consequently,the water content in the fiber tow reduced.Conclusion is made that regulation of the air pressure plus the increase of the hot setting temperature is a simple solution to the problem as desired.
