云南省铁路物流转型发展策略的研究

Study on Strategies of Railway Logistic Transferring Development in Yunnan

结合西部大开发战略下的云南省物流产业规划布局,从公路物流、航空货运、水运通道、管道通道及快递行业发展角度阐述云南省物流产业发展概况,分析云南省铁路物流发展现状及存在的主要问题,提出加快铁路网建设、深化铁路物流发展方式转变、创新运输组织模式、加强物流人才队伍建设、加快信息技术应用、大力拓展铁路物流多式联运等加快铁路物流转型发展的基本策略。

Combining with logistic industry planning and distribution in Yunnan under large-scale development strategy in west of China, this paper analyzes the status of logistic industry development in Yunnan from aspects of highway logistics, air freight transportation, water transport corridor, pipe transport corridor and express industry development, expounds status and main problems existing in railway logistic development in Yunnan, and puts forward basic strategies of accelerating the railway logistic transferring development such as accelerating construction of railway network, deepening transfer of railway logistic development mode, innovating transport organization mode, strengthening logistic talent team construction, expediting application of advanced information technologies and greatly developing intermodal transportation of railway logistics.
