口岸服务型铁路物流园区平面布置研究

Study on Plane Distribution of Railway Logistic Garden with Port Service

根据口岸服务型铁路物流园区在功能设置和作业流程等方面的需求特点,提出其平面布置的3项设计前提,研究影响平面布置的5个因素:与相关规划的一致性,与口岸站能力、后方通道能力、物流园区货物作业流程的协调性,以及满足物流园区近期建设及未来发展的需要。从运输、装卸、换装、"一关两检"和内燃调车机车整备设施5个方面阐述物流园区的功能设施配置,结合实例进行分析,为相关园区的规划及设计提供借鉴和参考。

According to the demand characteristics of railway logistic garden with port service in aspects of functional setting up and operation flow, this paper puts forward 3 design preconditions of the garden plane distribution, and studies 5 factors influencing the plane distribution, including： consistence among upper lever planning, capacity of port station, capacity of backside corridor and freight operation flow in logistic garden, as well as demand of satisfying short-term construction and further development in logistic garden. The paper also expounds the functional facility configuration in logistic garden from 5 aspects, such as transportation, loading, transferring, ＂one check point and two examinations＂ and servicing facilities of diesel shunting locomotive, then makes analysis combining with actual examples, all of these provide references for planning and design of relative logistic gardens.
