中间站营业线施工安全管理分析及对策

Analysis on Construction Safety Management of Operating Lines in Intermediate Station and Its Countermeasures

结合哈尔滨铁路局绥化车务段的实际情况,分析中间站营业线施工安全管理中存在的主要问题,从中间站营业线施工的风险化管理、项目化管理、标准化管理,以及提升车务段应急指挥中心综合处理能力4个方面提出相应的中间站营业线施工安全管理对策。

Combining with actual status of Suihua Train Crew Depot in Harbin Railway Administration, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in construction safety management of operating lines in intermediate station, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on construction safety management of the operating lines in intermediate station from 4 aspects including risk management of operating line construction in intermediate station, project management, standardization management and increasing comprehensive treatment capacity of emergency command center in Train Crew Depot.
