红豆杉对肉鸡生产性能、肉质性状及胆固醇含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同红豆杉添加水平对肉鸡生产性能、肉质性状及胆固醇含量的影响,以确定红豆杉在肉鸡饲粮中的适宜添加水平。试验选取日龄、体重相近且健康状况良好的肉鸡180只,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加1%、3%红豆杉干粉,试验期67 d。结果表明:饲喂红豆杉前期(1~30 d),3%红豆杉极显著降低了肉鸡平均日增重及平均日采食量(P〈0.01);但在后期(31~60 d),1%、3%红豆杉显著提高了肉鸡平均日增重与平均日采食量(P〈0.05);从整个试验期来看,肉鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量随红豆杉添加剂量的增加分别呈升高、降低趋势,但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。料重比随红豆杉添加剂量的增加呈降低趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。3%红豆杉显著提高了肉鸡胸肌系水力(P〈0.05),显著降低了肝脏、胸肌胆固醇含量,提高了血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯含量(P〈0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加红豆杉干粉可促进肉鸡生长,改善肉质性状,降低血清、肝脏及胸肌胆固醇含量。本试验条件下,红豆杉3%添加水平效果较好。 In order to determine the optimum supplemental level of Taxus chinensis for broiler diet,this experimentwas conducted to investigate the effects of Taxus chinensis on production performance,carcass quality and contents ofcholesterol in broilers. One hundred and eighty healthy broilers with near weight were randomly allocated to 3 groupswith 3 replicates per group and 20 chickens per replicate. Control group was fed the basal diet,and experimentalgroups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1%,3% dry powder of Taxus chinensis,respectively. The trial lastedfor 67 d. The results showed that the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of broilers fed diets with 3%Taxus chinensis were significantly lower than control group during 1 to 30 days(P0.01). However,The 1% group(P0.05)and 3% group(P0.01)had higher average daily gain and average daily feed intake during 31 to 60 days.The ratio of feed to gain in all test groups was lower than that of the control group to some extent(P0.05). Adding3% Taxus chinensis in diets significantly decreased the drip loss in breast muscle of broilers and increased the contentof cholesterol(TC)in liver and breast muscle,and the contents of high density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride inserum(P0.05). It was concluded that the Taxus chinensis supplementation in the basal diet could promote the growthof broilers,improve carcass quality,and decrease the content of TC in serum,liver and breast muscle. 3% Taxus chinensis dry powder for supplementation was better.
