负载化TiO_2固体超强酸的制备及光催化降解UDMH废水研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶胶–凝胶法制备了SO42–/TiO2–Cu2+与SO42–/TiO2–Ag+2种固体超强酸并负载于活性炭纤维(ACF)与颗粒活性炭(GAC)上,利用SEM、XRD和EDS对其进行表征。实验考察了4种负载型光催化剂光催化降解偏二甲肼(UDMH)废水的效果及在SO42–/TiO2–Cu2+催化的降解过程中中间产物的变化情况。结果表明:ACF负载型固体超强酸催化剂的降解效果明显优于GAC负载型催化剂,SO42–/TiO2–Cu2+的催化效果明显优于SO42–/TiO2–Ag+。实验中还对负载型催化剂进行了再生和重复再利用研究,并对其失活原因进行了分析。 Two solid super acids SO4 2-/TiO2-Cu2+ and SO4 2-/TiO2-Ag+ were prepared by sol-gel method and were supported on activated carbon fiber(ACF) and granular activated carbon(GAC).They were characterized by SEM,XRD and EDS.The photo-catalytic degradation effect of unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine(UDMH) wastewater by using four kinds of supported photo-catalysts and the change status of the intermediate products during degradation process catalyzed by SO4 2-/TiO2-Cu2+ were experimentally investigated.The results show that the degradation effects using ACF supported solid super acid catalysts are significantly superior to those of using GAC supported catalysts.The catalytic effects of SO4 2-/TiO2-Cu2+ are significantly superior to those of SO4 2-/TiO2-Ag+.The regeneration and reuse of the supported catalysts are also investigated in the experiments,and their deactivation reasons are analyzed.
