摘要
建立了采用波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪测定水样中的微量钼的方法。测定结果表明测量单个样品仅需30 s,检出限为1.6μg/g,相对标准偏差为1.81%,加标回收率为97%~102.9%。方法快速、准确、环保,不受水样pH和共存离子的明显影响。
A method for the determination of trace molybdenum in water by wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was established.The determined results show that it takes only 30 s to determine one sample,the detection limit is 1.6 μg/g,the relative standard deviation is 1.81%,the standard recovery rate is 97% ~ 102.9%.The method is fast,accurate and eco-friendly,and is not obviously influenced by pH and co-existing ions of water.
