基于“城市触媒”的工业遗址区更新思考

Reflection on Renovation of Industrial Remains under the Urban Catalyst Theory

针对当前城市中工业遗址区因逐渐衰败而导致的区域经济、文化衰退和环境恶化,以及国内工业遗址区更新改造中面临的问题,将"城市触媒"理论引入到工业遗址区的更新设计和建设过程中。基于对触媒作用方式的分析研究,对遗址内区的触媒要素进行分类整合,通过触媒点的构建逐步激活片区活力,从而进一步刺激城市空间结构持续渐进的演化过程。最后,以绵阳市朝阳厂工业遗址区更新项目为例阐述了触媒在项目建设以及城市更新过程中所发挥的积极作用。

Many urban industrial heritage have been abandoned and idle,leading to the problem as economic depression and culture recession. Be guided by the Urban Catalyst,integrate and plan the catalyst elements of industrial heritage to find a way for the revival of district. Taking for the example of The Transformation Project of Chaoyang Industrial Heritage to illustrate the positive role of catalyst for the project and urban renaissance.
