福州市南台岛人口容量研究

Population Capacity Research of Nan-tai Island. Fuzhou

本文在分析福州市南台岛人口现状特征以及相关规划人口规模预测结果的基础上,从居住建筑容量、公共服务设施服务能力、市政公用设施支撑能力、道路交通承载能力、绿化环境质量等多视角研究南台岛的合理人口容量,以为南台岛控制开发强度、完善设施配套、提升综合环境品质、实现发展目标等提供参考。

Based on analyzing population＇s present situation features of Nan-tai Island. Fuzhou and the results of predicting the population scale about the relevant planning,this article studies rational population capacity of Nan-tai Island from multiple perspectives,such as residential building capacity,the service ability of public service facilities,municipal utilities supporting capacity,road traffic capacity and greening the environment quality etc,so as to providing reference for Nan-tai Island in terms of controlling development intensity,perfecting facilities,improving the quality of the environment and achieving development goals etc.
