巴塞尔协议Ⅲ在欧盟的实施及其对中国的启示 被引量：3

摘要 欧盟作为占据巴塞尔委员会三分之一席位的重要组成部分,一直积极致力于推动巴塞尔协议在成员国的实施。本文对泛欧金融监管框架和欧盟版巴塞尔协议Ⅲ的监管标准进行了介绍和总结,以巴塞尔协议Ⅲ与欧盟相关法规的区别为切入点,分析其背后的现实原因,为我国金融监管体系建设提供借鉴意义。
