摘要
本文提出了利用复合银电极自动电位滴定仪测定水泥中微量氯离子含量的方法。试验采用了简单的前处理步骤,确定了样品溶解(酸)及酸度的选择、共存离子的干扰去除等主要因素,建立了一种准确、快速测定水泥中微量氯离子含量的分析方法。在最佳试验条件下,对8种标准水泥样品进行了测定,所得回收率均在98.6%~99.8%之间,说明此法样品前处理简单高效,测试结果准确可靠,能适用于水泥中微量氯离子的测定,是对国标方法的补充。
In this article,the automatic potentiometric titration is described for determination of trace chloride ion in cement. The process of pre-treatment is simplified largely. Selecting suitable acid and acidity and elimination of interference are also investigated. Under the optimum conditions,the recovery of added chloride ion is found to be 98. 6% ~ 99. 8%,which is obtained by measuring 8 standardized cement samples. This method is faster,more exact and accurate,and supplys a complement to Chinese National Standard.
