摘要
采用微波消解法-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定葡萄酒中的铁和铜的含量。本方法与传统的火焰原子吸收方法相比,具有线性范围宽、检出限低、灵敏度高、快速、简便等特点。实验结果表明:样品量控制在2.5 mL、消解液总量控制在6 mL,程序升温的最佳温度为185℃。铁在0~0.8μg·mL-1检测范围内呈线性关子,线性相关系数为0.9992;铜在0~1.2μg·mL-1检测范围内呈线性关系。线性相关系数为0.9998。铁、铜相对标准偏差分别为0.73%~0.82%、1.66%~1.74%,铁、铜的加标回收率分别在93.33%~97.33%、92.00%~96.40%之间。
The copper and iron in import grape wine were detected by ICP-AES with microwave digestion. Compared with traditional method-AAS,this method has many advantages,for example: wide linear range,low detection limit,high sensitivity, rapid,simple and convenient. The experiment results indicated that optional experimental conditions are as follow: the amount of sample was 2. 5 mL,the amount of digestion liquid was 6 mL,the best temperature was 185℃. Good linear relationship of Fe was observed in the range of 0-0. 8 μg·mL-1with correlation coefficient was 0. 9992. Good linear relationship of Cu was observed in the range of 0 ~ 1. 2 μg·mL-1with correlation coefficient was 0. 9998. The average recovery of Fe and Cu was 93. 33% ~ 97. 33% and 92. 00% ~ 96. 40% with RSD of 0. 73% ~ 0. 82% and 1. 66% ~ 1. 74%.
