现代体能训练理念与方法的中小学“校本化”研究

A Primary and Secondary School-based Study of Modern Physical Ability Training Ideas and Methods

针对有效解决中小学生体能素质持续下降问题,提出了现代体能训练理念与方法的中小学"校本化"的研究设想,并通过对现代体能训练理念与方法的介绍、中小学"校本化"的可行性分析以及"校本化"程序的探讨等研究,以期为有效增强中小学生体质健康、顺利实施新的中小学《体育(与健康)课程标准》、高效体育教学提供新的内容和思路。

This research is aiming at the problem of how to effectively solve the primary and middle school students＇ continuous declining physical quality. It puts forward research assumptions on elementary and secondary ＂school-based＂study of modern physical ability training ideas and means,and through the study such as the introduction of the modern physical ability training ideas and methods,the feasibility analysis of the＂school-based ＂in the elementary and secondary schools,the discussion of the ＂school-based＂program and so on,with the hope to effectively enhance the primary and middle school students＇ physical health,smoothly implement the PE and health curriculum standard for elementary and secondary schools,efficiently provide PE teaching the new content and way of thinking.
