摘要
在批判角色理论对教师身份问题遮蔽的基础上,通过对教师身份认同问题的展示,指出教师权利与义务是教师身份认同的真正内涵。正是权利义务的错位,才导致了教师身份认同危机的产生。教师只有通过自我的觉醒与解放,以及抱有一种冷峻的理想主义,才能逐步实现身份认同的建构。
It is pointed out in the present paper that the rights and obligations of teachers is the essence of teacher identity through revealing the problems of teacher identity by criticizing the theory of teachers' role that covers up the problems. The author contends that the mismatch between rights and obligations resulted in the crisis of identity and that teachers can only gradually realize the construction of their own identity by selfwakening and emancipation and cherishing stern idealism.
