摘要
利用神经网络的非线性特征,提出了一种机械传动中机构选型的决策模型。设计人员只需采用模糊理论将设计指标模糊量化输入神经网络,就能优选出较为满意的一类机构传动形式。运用BP神经网络评价决策方法,通过MATLAB工具箱仿真完成机构选型的过程,提高了机构选型的效率,保证了其科学性和合理性,对机构选型具有重要的意义。
A decision-making model for selecting mechanism types is developed using nonlinear character of neural network.Fuzzy method with comprehensive variety of factors affecting the mechanism is used by designers to choose a satisfied mechanism type with the neural network.In this paper,BP neural network based evaluation and decision method is applied to complete mechanism selection process by simulation using MATLAB toolbox.The efficiency of the decision can be greatly improved,and a scientific and rational selection can be ensured,which has an important significance for mechanism selection.
