摘要
介绍了海洋工程领域铺管张紧器的作用及铺设管线的分类,结合设计的张紧器三维模型对四履带铺管张紧器的各个组成部分、各部分的连接关系进行了论述,结合工况分析了张紧器在作业工况和生存工况时分别要考虑的问题,结合具体的设计参数要求分析了张紧器在设计时需要考虑的问题。
The paper provides an introduction to the usefulness of the tensioner for pipe-laying in the field of ocean engineering, discusses the components of tensioner and the connection relationship of each part combining with 3D model of tensioner with four-track,and analyzes the issues which need to consider respectively during operation condition and survival condition of tensioner. Combining with a specific design parameters,the paper introduces the concrete issues in design of tensioner.
