爆炸焊接过程中有害效应的研究

摘要 为了研究爆炸焊接对周围环境及居民产生的危害,对太钢复合材料加工厂炸药爆炸引起的冲击波超压、地面振动速度和噪声进行了现场测试。结果表明,距爆源2km之外的区域受爆炸冲击波和地面振动速度的影响远小于安全允许值,噪声也在安全范围之内。研究结果为评估爆炸焊接对周围建筑和居民产生的危害效应提供了科学的依据。 In order to investigate the harm on surrounding enviroment and inhabitant during explosion welding,shock wave overpressure,ground vibration velocity and noise caused by explosion were tested on the spot in Taigang Composite Material Factory.Results indicate that the influences of shock wave and vibration velocity on the areas two kilometers far away from explosion source are greatly lower than safety allowable value,and noise is as well within the safety range.Research findings provide scientific base for safety assessment of dangerous action on surrounding building and resident during explosion welding.
