摘要
阐述了RBI技术的基本理论,将基本原理与起重机械类特种设备的检验规程相结合,找出起重机械的安全隐患,为降低设备风险与企业经济负担制定最优检验措施。最后根据分析结果,为完善检验手段、提高检验质量、控制危害程度、降低事故发生率提出了一些可行性的检验建议和方法。
This paper describes the basic theory of RBI technology.Combining the basic principle with the inspection regulations of hoisting machinery,it finds out the various hidden trouble of hoisting machinery,to reduce the risk of equipment,and provide theoretical basis for inspection measures.Finally,according to analysis results,it puts forward some feasible inspection proposal to improve inspection methods and inspection quality.
