摘要
针对温度控制系统大延时问题,引入了RBF(径向基)神经网络算法,在线实时调整PID控制器的3个参数,构成RBF-PID控制器。通过分析编织物试验机温度控制系统硬件结构,进行数学建模,最终应用MATLAB软件仿真,验证了基于RBF神经网络的PID控制器较传统的PID控制器具有更小的超调量和更快的响应速度。
For the long time-delayed characteristic of temperature control system,the paper introduced RBF neural network to adjust parameters of PID controller,and constituted RBF-PID controller.After analyzing the hardware component of the knit testing machine system,it established a mathematical model.And by simulation with MATLAB,it ultimately proved the RBF-PID controller have a smaller overshoot and faster response than the traditional PID controller.
