摘要
以立式加工中心为例介绍了五轴数控加工中心的坐标系和旋转轴配置型式,通过与三轴联动加工中心的曲面加工路径的对比,分析并归纳了五轴数控加工中心的加工特性和优势,为工业生产中制造设备的选用提供了理论依据。
Taking vertical machining center as an example,this paper introduces the coordinate system and rotation-axis configuration pattern of five-axis NC machining center.Through comparison with three-axis linkage machining center in processing path,it analyzes and summarizes the processing characteristics and advantages of five-axis NC machining center,to provide theoretical basis for the selection of manufacturing equipment for industrial production.
