摘要
复平模具操作方法是否得当对于其使用寿命有着重要的影响,结合公司标准的复平模建立其力学模型,运用有限元软件ANSYS的Workbench平台对复平模具进行有限元分析,通过比较模具在不同使用方法下的应力分布情况,提出合理的模具操作方法。
The operation method of compound die affects mould life greatly.In this paper,the mechanical model of compound die has been established and analyzed by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,and the reasonable operation of mould has been put forward by comparing stress distribution of mould in different conditions.
