"卓越计划"作为《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》和《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的一项重大改革项目,必将引领高校全面和深层次的改革与发展。构建一种基于"卓越计划"的"1214"应用型创新人才培养新模式。在人才培养过程中强调"一个目标、二个计划、三个模块、四个重点"的"1234"思路;在人才培养方案中强调,企业专家全面参与人才培养过程;专业按照通用标准、行业标准培养一线工程技术人才;注重培养学生的工程技术能力和创新应用能力。
