电网企业资产全寿命周期管理研究综述

Review of Life-cycle Asset Management in Power Grid Enterprises

近年来,资产全寿命周期管理LCM理论被逐渐引入到电网企业,成为提高电网企业资产管理水平的重要举措。通过文献梳理,对目前电网企业资产LCM理论和实践领域的核心问题进行研究和探讨,分析比较现有的LCC核算方法和指标评价体系,通过借鉴国外的成功实践经验,分析我国电网企业在实施资产LCM时存在的问题,并总结全面开展LCM需要的关键技术,最后对资产LCM的发展趋势和研究方向进行展望,为企业进一步开展资产LCM提供相应的建议。

Life cycle asset management has been introduced into power grid enterprises in recent years and has become an important measure to improve the level of asset management.Core problems are discussed in the theoretical research and practice by making a review of relevant literatures.Through analyzing the LCC calculating method and evaluating index system and referring to the experience of successful practice at home and abroad,the problems are pointed out in power grid enterprises of China and comes up with suggestions of key techniques.Finally the development trend of life cycle asset management is indicated,which can promote the comprehensive application of LCM in power grid enterprises.
