摘要
将纳米SiO2掺入聚合物改性砂浆,测试其工作性、凝结时间及力学性能,利用微量热仪分析纳米SiO2对聚合物改性水泥基材料水化放热特性的影响,通过扫描电镜分析其微观结构.研究表明,掺入纳米SiO2后,聚合物改性砂浆的流动度增大,水化速度加快,凝结时间缩短;界面结构和水泥石结构得到改善,抗压强度和抗折强度均有所提高.
The workability,setting time,and mechanical properties of polymer-modified mortar with nano-SiO2were tested.The Influence of nano-SiO2on hydration behavior of polymer-modified cement-based materials was studied using microcalorimetry.Microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscope.The test results show that the fluidity is improved,the hydration reactions of polymer modified cement-based materials are postponed,the setting time is shortened.The interface transition zone between aggregate and cement paste,and the hydration production structure are effectively improved.
