摘要
对聚丙烯纤维体积率(Vf)为0-0.26%的聚丙烯纤维砂浆进行稠度、分层度、表观密度、凝结时间、抗压抗折强度、拉伸粘结强度、吸水率、干缩率和抗渗压力等物理力学性能试验。结果表明:随着Vf的增大,砂浆的物理力学性能得到改善,其中砂浆的抗渗性能随吩的增加而明显提高,但当Vf过大时,对改善砂浆的抗渗性能效果甚微.
The experiments of the physical and mechanical properties such as consistency, degree or stratification, apparent density, setting time, compressive and flexural strength, tensile bond strength, water absorption, drying shrinkage and impermeability pressure etc for the polypropylene fiber mortar are conducted. The volume ratio (Vi) of polypropylene fiber range from 0 to 0.26%. The experimental results show that with the increase of polypropylene fiber, the physical and mechanical properties of mortar have been improved, However, it is not obvious to improve the impermeability of mortar when Vf become larger.
