摘要
从工艺条件、冶金效果等方面分析了LF-RH二次精炼法的工艺特点和主要缺点。通过对LF-RH工艺进行改进,采用RH+LF双联的冶炼工艺,生产的X80管线钢铸坯中的T[O]平均为20×10-6,氮平均为38×10-6,为生产高质量管线钢奠定了基础。
The paper analyzes the process characteristics and main weakness of LF-RH secondary refining from such aspects as process conditions,refining effects.Through improvement on LF-RH process,and adopting the dual combination of RH and LF,the cast slab for X80 has good chemical composition,with average T[O]20×10-6 and average nitrogen 53×10-6,which has paved a basis for producing high quality pipeline steel in the future.
