分析了输送带出现异物撕裂和跑偏撕裂的故障原因,通过在主要料线上的输送带安装,莱钢集团有限公司自行设计的"红外线撕裂检测装置"和"自动纠偏装置"的矫偏效果良好,故障率明显降低。
The paper analyzes the causes for breaking of conveying belt.Through installing the self-designed Infrared Ray Breaking Detection Device and Automatic Deviation Correction Unit along main material conveying line,the frequency of breaking faults has dropped sharply.
