箱筒型基础结构气囊出运方法

Transportation technique of bucket foundation structure with gasbags

针对整体预制的箱筒型基础结构,提出了一套气囊出运的方法。箱筒型基础结构在运输底板上整体预制,气囊放置于运输底板下的滚动槽内,通过气囊顶升运输底板,然后牵引滚动,实现箱筒结构的运输;通过调整气囊的摆放和滚动方向,实现箱筒结构的横纵移转换,运输至半潜驳,然后出运。采用该出运方法,箱筒结构整体预制的质量好、效率高。

A transportation technique with gasbags was introduced for the integrated bucket foundation structure. The bucket foundation structure was entirely prefabricated on a transportation floor, with gasbags in rolling slot. The transportation floor was lifted by the gasbags and rolled by traction. Thus, bucket foundation structure was transported. The structure was turned from transverse movement into longitudinal movement by adapting the placing and rolling direction of gasbags, it was con-veyed to a semi-submersible barge to be transported. The technique has great advantages in promoting construction quality and transportation efficiency.
