How to adapt to the international port project design and as with international practice is the problems faced by domestic design company to go-overseas,this paper summarizes the design management experience in Sri Lanka Colombo South Container Terminal Project, analyzes the characteristics and difference about domestic and overseas port, puts forward the proposal of design organization management in international port project,which provides references for the similar international projects.
