生理盐水、蒙脱石散联合康惠尔溃疡贴治疗压疮的疗效观察

目的:观察生理盐水、蒙脱石散联合康惠尔溃疡贴治疗压疮的疗效。方法:40例压疮患者随机分为实验组和对照组,其中20例按照常规的压疮治疗方法,20例改用生理盐水冲洗创面后,加用蒙脱石散粉和康惠尔溃疡贴,观察两组疗效。结果:实验组有效率与对照组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:生理盐水冲洗创面后,加用蒙脱石散粉和康惠尔溃疡贴治疗能加速压疮愈合。

Objective To observe the curative effect of physiological saline, motatmorillonite powder combined with Gomteel ulcer strap m the treatment of pressure sore. Methods 40 Patients randomly divided into experimental group and control group, including 20 cases of pressure sore in accordance with routine treatment, 20 cases with physiological saline flushing the wound, combined with montmorillonite powder and Comfeel ulcer strap, observation and nursing effect of the two groups. Results in the experimental group efficiency compared with the control group, there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion the physiological saline flushing the wound, combined with montmorillonite powder and Comfeel ulcer strap treatment can accelerate the ulcer healing.
