益气活血解毒方内服结合狼疮净面膜外敷治疗狼疮面部蝴蝶斑45例

Application of Oral Taking Yiqihuoxuejiedu Herb Plus Langchuangjing Facial Mask for the 45 Treatment Cases of Lupus Facial Melasma

目的:探讨益气活血解毒方内服配合狼疮净面膜外敷对狼疮面部蝴蝶斑的治疗效果。方法:75例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组单纯中药内服,治疗组中药内服配合狼疮净面膜外敷治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,有显著差异。结论:益气活血解毒方内服配合狼疮净面膜外敷治疗狼疮面部蝴蝶斑是一种安全、有效、值得推广的方法。

Objective：The purpose of this clinical study was to evaluate efficacy for lupus facial melasma with oral taking Chinese medicine plus Langchuangjing facial mask.Methods：Patients in 75 cases randomly divided in two groups.Patients of control group were treated with o-ral administration of Chinese medicine.Therapeutic group with Chinese medicine orally combined with facial mask.Results ：The effect of the therapeutic group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion ：The combined therapy of oral taking Chinese medicine plus facial mask is effective,safe and worthy of spreading for the treatment of lupus facial melasma.
