切开复位钢板内固定术治疗27例跟骨骨折临床观察

摘要 目的:观察切开复位钢板内固定术治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法:选取在我科住院的跟骨骨折27例患者。其中SandersⅡ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型骨折分别为11例、12例、4例,切开复位AO钢板固定。观察术后B hler角。结果:采用美国足踝骨科协会(AOFAS)评分标准评测足部功能,结果优17例,良6例,可4例,优良率达85.2%。结论:切开复位钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折效果肯定,但要注意防范并发症。o..
