斜圆刃针配合腰腿痛丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Curative effeet analysis of inclined circle blade needle uith yaotui loag pill in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral dise protrusion

目的:观察斜圆刃针配合腰腿痛丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,并探讨其的临床机理。方法:将2012年3月至2012年12月临床确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者88例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用斜圆刃针配合腰腿痛丸治疗,对照组仅用腰腿痛丸治疗。1个疗程后,观察两组疗效比较、治疗组疗效与病程和年龄的关系,为进一步探讨其作用机理提供基础数据。结果:治疗组的临床疗效与对照组比较,总有效率高于对照组,两组通过统计方法检验,有显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。治疗组患者的病程越短,年龄越小,治愈率和总有效率越高。结论:1.特色疗法斜圆刃针配合腰腿痛丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定,症状改善明显。2.疗效与患者的年龄和病程有相关性,而且年龄越小,病程越短,效果越好。

Objective：This study is to observe the clinical effect and to explore the clinical mechanism of acupotomy with inclined round head and lumbocrural-pain-pill to treat lumbar inervertebral disc protrusion.Methods：From March 2012 to December 2012,88 cases of patients with clinical diagnosis of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group with acupotomy with inclined round head and lumbocrural-pain-pill for the treatment,the control group only treated with lumbocrural-pain-pill.After a course of treatment,we observed the curative effect comparison,the relationship between treatment group curative effect and the course of disease and the age,and provided basic data for the further exploration of the mechanism from the analytic results above.Results：The clinical curative effect of treatment group compared with control group,total effective rate was higher than the control group,two groups there was a significant difference（P﹤0.01）.The duration of treatment group patients is the shorter,age is smaller,the cure rate and total effective rate is the higher.Conclusion：1.The characteristics acupotomy with inclined round head and lumbocrural-pain-pill to treat lumbar inervertebral disc protrusion has a remarkable effect,symptoms improved significantly.2.The curative effect has correlation with patient＇s age and course of the disease,and the smaller the age,the shorter the duration,the better the effect.
