刮痧按摩在玻璃体切割术后患者舒适度护理的应用

The application of scropping massage in vifreous cut of cornfort nuvsing care of postopevative patients

目的:提高玻璃体切割术后患者舒适度。方法:将50例玻璃体切割术后患者分为观察组、对照组。护理人员对观察组实施按照一定的经络穴位进行刮痧按摩。结果:实行刮痧按摩术后的患者自我舒适度评价(睡眠质量提高、头痛、胸闷、颈肩背腰疼痛、四肢麻木减轻、消化不良改善)显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:刮痧按摩有助于提高玻璃体切割术后患者舒适度,提高患者的依从性,巩固手术疗效。

Objective：Improve the comfort postoperative patients after vitrectomy. Methods： 50 cases of vitrectomy postoperative patients were divided into observation group and control group. The nursing staff of the observation group scraping massage according to the mainandcollateral channels acupoints.Results：The scrapping massage postoperative patients self comfort evaluation （sleep qnality improvement, headache,chest distress, neck waist pain, numbness of limbs loss, indigestion improve） is significantly better than that in control group （P 〈 0.01）Conclusion： Scrapping massage helps to improve the vitrectomy postoperative patients comfort, improve patient compliance, consolidate the operation curative effect.
