为了提高实习效果,促进学生就业,建立了实训就业基地.通过公司、车间、班组三级培训考核,探讨了实训内容、组织协调办法、实训管理与考核方法,为进一步改革实习模式奠定了基础.实训过程大幅度提升了学生的实习效果与就业适应性,校企双赢是合作发展的动力,良好的组织协调和管理模式的建立是实训顺利进行与可持续发展的根本保证.

Established training and employing base, in order to improve the practice effect and promote the students＇ employment. The practice contents, organization and coordination, training management has been discussed which lay the foundation for further reform practice mode through 3 levels training or evaluating given from company and workshops and groups. The practice greatly enhance the students＇ practice effect and the adaptability of employment. Win-win result is the driving force for development of university-enterprise cooperation. Good organization and coordination and management mode establishment is fundamental guarantee for practice smoothly and sustainable development.
