摘要
词汇是语言的基石,词汇量的大小和词汇能力的高低直接影响学习者的语用能力的发展。词汇教学虽然受到了英语教育界和语言研究者的重视和广泛关注,但效果并不显著。词汇教学方法的低效和词汇习得策略的缺失是其重要原因。本文以"支架"理论为理据,通过同义、反义等语义关系和词缀构词法则等方式,将看似杂乱无章、一盘散沙的词汇世界进行逻辑意义串联,形成词族,最后通过减少学习者对"支架"的依赖,培养其自主学习词汇的能力。
The learner's vocabulary,whose capacity will influence their capabilities of language use,is the base and core of language. English vocabulary teaching,which has been widely underlined by teachers and researchers,is far from satisfactory. The main cause is the inefficiency and lack of strategies in vocabulary teaching. This paper,which is on the basis of Scaffolding Theory,attempts to connect the seemingly disorderly words to form word groups logically by means of synonymy,antonymy and affixation. Eventually,the faculty of the learners' learning autonomy will be cultivated through the reduction of assistance of scaffolding.
