摘要
目的:探讨降钙素配合低频脉冲电磁场治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取84例原发性骨质疏松患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例。两组均给予碳酸钙、维生素D等常规药物治疗。在此基础上对照组肌内注射鲑鱼降钙素,治疗组肌内注射鲑鱼降钙素并配合低频脉冲电磁场治疗。并分别评估治疗前及治疗后3个月、6个月患者的疼痛疗效及检测骨密度。结果:两组患者治疗后疼痛较治疗前均明显减轻,治疗时间越长,疼痛减轻越明显;治疗3个月、6个月后,治疗组骨密度较对照组均有显著提高,其差异有统计学意义(t=3.129,t=6.457;P<0.05);两组均未发生严重的不良反应。结论:骨质疏松症患者在常规治疗的基础上肌内注射鲑鱼降钙素并配合低频脉冲电磁场进行治疗,可明显减轻患者的疼痛,并增加骨密度。经统计学分析,该治疗方法疗效确切,不良反应少,具有一定的临床借鉴意义。
Objective: To explore the clinical research on the treatment of osteoporosis with calcitonin and Low frequency pulse electromagnetic field.
