摘要
本文结合彭庄煤矿西翼胶带下山快速掘进中采用PDCA全面质量管理方法循环模式,按照收集资料、找问题、查要因、制定对策四个基本步骤,在掘进过程中,找出各个原因对循环工艺的影响,在循环中不断发现问题,解决问题,最终达到单进提高的目的。
According to PengZhuang Coal Mine West Wing tape down by using the method of total quality management PDCA cycle mode fast driving,according to the collected data,to find the problem,find,formulate measures for the four basic steps,in the course of excavation,find out reasons affecting the circulation process,in a loop to find problems,solve problems,and ultimately to achieve the purpose of improving the single inlet.
