摘要
同忻矿由于原设计没有充分考虑到放顶煤出煤能力,超出了振动筛的筛选能力,导致大量溢煤,出现全系统满载停车。对振动筛筛面及筛齿进行研究改造,优化振动筛入料溜槽设计,加大分级筛的通过能力。
Tongxin coal mine because of the original design did not consider the top coal caving coal capacity,beyond the screening ability of vibrating screen,resulting in a large number of coal overflow,all full of parking system. Our sieve and sieve tooth on transformation of the vibration,optimization of vibration sieve into the chute design,increase the capacity of grading sieve.
