大麻素及其受体在免疫调节中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 大麻(Cannabis)是一种古老的药用植物,它的最早使用记录可追溯到五千多年前[1]。大麻的活性化合物是大麻素(cannabinoids),又称大麻类物质,是从印度大麻(cannabis sativa)里发现的一组萜酚类化合物。目前,已鉴定了80多种大麻类物质[2],其中以Δ9-四氢大麻酚(Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol,Δ9-THC)为主。现在,人们已经逐渐认识到了大麻素类物质在医学应用中的前景和重要性,并开始了对它们的作用机制和药用价值的研究。
