黄连素对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂、血压、胰岛素敏感指数的影响

The impact of berberine on sensitive index from type 2 diabetes rats' blood glucose,blood fat,blood pressure and insulin

目的:通过观察黄连素对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂、血压、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)的影响,评价其对2型糖尿病的治疗作用。方法:70只成年雄性健康SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组和实验组。实验组用高脂高糖饮食喂养8周后,按40mg/kg一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)造2型糖尿病大鼠模型。1周后,将成模大鼠随机分成黄连素高剂量组、黄连素低剂量组、优降糖组和模型组。给药组灌胃给药4周,用药期间观察记录饮水量、尿量、进食量,每周称体重1次。正常对照组、模型组同时灌服等容量生理盐水。4周后测血压,禁食12h后称体重,处死,心脏取血对空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素、并计算ISI。结果:经黄连素治疗后,2型糖尿病大鼠"三多一少"症状明显改善,血糖、血压、血脂明显降低,与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:黄连素对2型糖尿病大鼠有治疗作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of berberine on the blood glucose in type 2 diabetic rats, blood lipid, blood pressure, insulin sensitivity index（ISI） effect, and evaluate its effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods： 70 male healthy SD rats, were randomly divided into normal control group and experimental group. The experimental group fed with high fat and high sugar diet for 8 weeks, according to 40mg/kg single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin（STZ） model in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus. 1 weeks later, the model rats were randomly divided into high dose group, berberine berberine low dose group, glibenclamide group and model group. Treatment groups were orally administered for 4 weeks, observe and record the amount of drinking water, urine volume, food intake during the course of medication, weigh 1 times a week. The normal control group, model group were administrated with saline. After 4 weeks, blood pressure, fasting 12h said after weight, death, heart blood on fasting blood glucose（FPG）, insulin, and calculate the ISI. Results： After berberine treatment, rats ＂type 2 diabetes more than a few＂ symptoms, blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid decreased obviously, compared with the control group, there was significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion： Berberine for the treatment of type 2 diabetic rats.
