乙酰靛玉红对SDS临界胶束浓度的测定

摘要 本文以乙酰靛玉红为探针采用荧光光谱法对阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠(简称SDS)的梯度浓度下的荧光强度进行了测定.结果表明,当SDS浓度为8.20 mmol·L-1时,乙酰靛玉红发射峰位置592 nm处的荧光强度发生了明显的变化,此突变点对应的SDS浓度值与其临界胶束浓度文献值一致,表明将乙酰靛玉红作为荧光探针测定SDS的CMC是可行的. In this paper,N-acetylindirubin was used as a fluorescent probe. The critical micelle concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfonate( referred to as SDS) were determined by using fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of N-acetylindirubin had an significant change at 592 nm when the concentration of SDS was 8. 20 mmol·L-1. The mutation's concentration of SDS was in accordance with the literature of critical micelle concentration. It showed that using N-acetylindirubin as fluorescent probe determining the CMC of SDS is feasible.
