摘要
简述了隔爆型电机的防爆原理及其隔爆外壳的重要性。按照静压力计算外壳强度,从理论上得出外壳所需要的厚度,此计算方法完全模拟了外壳实际生产过程,考虑了焊缝系数、钢板负公差、圆筒工艺减薄量、腐蚀余量和维修余量等因素,可以满足实际工程设计需要。
This paper briefly describes explosion-proof principle of flame-proof motor and importance of its flame-proof enclosure. The enclosure strength is calculated according to static pressure and the thickness required by enclosure is derived from theory. This calculation method has fully simulated actual production process of enclosure and has considered the weld joint coefficient,minus tolerance of steel plate,process thinning account of cylinder,corrosion allowance and maintenance allowance,etc. It can meet the requirements of actual engineering design.
