摘要
介绍了少胶云母VPI整浸绝缘系统的材料开发、绝缘结构及工艺的研究。通过其绝缘性能研究表明:少胶云母VPI整浸绝缘系统可应用于13.8kV电压级及以下的各种交流电机,可减薄绝缘厚度,缩短生产周期。
This paper introduces researches of material development,insulation structure and process technology of less glue vacuum press full impregnation（VPI） insulation system. Based on the insulation performance research,it is indicated that less glue mica VPI insulation system could be applied to various AC motor of rated voltage 13. 8kV and below. It can make insulation thinner and shorten the production period.
