肝细胞肝癌中EphA2表达与血管生成拟态及临床病理的关系

THE EXPRESSION OF EPHA2 IN HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA AND ITS CORRELATIONSHIP WITH VASCULOGENIC MIMICRY AND CLINICAL PATHOLOGY

目的探讨肝细胞肝癌中EphA2表达与血管生成拟态及临床病理的关系及临床意义。方法收集2007年6月—2012年7月接受肝细胞癌切除术的石蜡标本207例,应用免疫组化和CD31、PSA双重染色技术检测EphA2蛋白的表达和血管生成拟态的存在,并分析与临床病理之间的联系。结果 EphA2蛋白的阳性率为76.81%,其表达与肝硬化、Edmondson分级、肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05);且VM与EphA2蛋白表达之间存在呈正相关联系(γ=0.1432,P=0.0396)。结论 EphA2蛋白的高表达可能促进VM形成,同时VM与EphA2联合检测对肝细胞肝癌的进展及预后判断有重要意义。

Objective To explore the expression of EphA2 and its relationship with vasculogenic mimicry in HCC and clinical pathological features and the clinical significance.Methods A total of 207 cases of paraffin specimens from patients with hepatocelluar carcinoma between June 2007 to July 2012 were selected.Immunohistochemistry and double staining technique of CD31 and PSA were used to detect the expression of EphA2 and the presence of VM.Results The positive rate of EphA2 was 76.81%and its expression was related to liver cirrhosis,Edmondson classification and tumor stage（P〈0.05）,the expression of EphA2 was positively associated with VM（γ=0.1432,P=0.0396）.Conclusion High expression of EphA2 may promote VM formation,joint detection of VM and EphA2in HCC has an important significance for progression and prognosis judgment.
