摘要
分析了在火车上行走的平料机的工作条件,提出火车平料机行走机构的性能要求。通过概括主动履带式、从动履带式、可升降轮式、翘曲轮式4种行走机构的工作原理,分析其运行速度、自重、安全性、成本、冲击载荷等性能,得到如下结论:轮式行走机构较履带式行走机构安全性更高、冲击载荷更小,更适合于平料机的平料作业;翘曲轮式行走机构安全性高、控制及构造简单、自重轻、速度快,综合性能最优,能更好地满足平料机的行走要求。
The paper analyzes working conditions of the flattening machine travelling on trains,puts forward the per-formance requirements for travelling mechanism of flattening machines,and explains its running speed,self-weight,safety, cost,impact load,and other properties through description of the working principles of driving crawler-type,driven crawler-type,adjustable wheel-type,and warping wheel-type mechanisms.It's concluded that,compared to the caterpillar travel-ling mechanism,the wheel-type travelling mechanism with higher safety and small impact load is more applicable to the flattening work;warping wheel-type mechanism indicates higher safety,simple control and structure,light self-weight,fast speed,and optimal comprehensive performance,which can better satisfy the travelling requirements of flattening machines.
