摘要
结合某港口码头3 000 t/h连续式装车机的应用实例,采用集成架构技术和新颖的软件设计,构建高性能的自动化系统结构,并对连续式装车机全自动电气控制系统进行设计,同时对影响装车机的精度和平整度因素进行了分析。
Considering applications of the 3 000 t/h continuous car loader at certain wharf,the integrated framework technology and new software design are adopted to build high-performance automatic system structure,in order to design the full-automatic electric control system of continuous car loader.Furthermore,the paper also analyzes the factors influencing accuracy and levelness of car loaders.
