摘要
针对传统惯性试验台在惯性盘组合转矩的调节与传输方面存在的不足,提出一种改进方法,以使其适应智能制动器的测试。该方法是在传统惯性试验台的基础上,对其控制系统进行改进,利用传感器技术,实现试验台与智能制动器的信息交互。利用变频调速技术,实现惯性盘转矩的无级可调,扩大测试范围。改造后的试验台既保留了传统试验台的功能,又可完成对智能型制动器的测试,具有改造成本小、适应性强等特点。
Considering deficiencies in the traditional inertial test-bed regarding adjustment and conveying of inertial disk combined torque,an improved method is proposed in this study to fit for the intelligent brake test.The control system is improved based on the traditional inertial test-bed;the sensor technology is adopted for information exchange between the test-bed and intelligent brake,while variable-frequency regulating speed technology is adopted for stepless adjustment of in-ertial disk torque and expansion of test scope.The improved test-bed can not only maintain the functions of traditional test-bed,but also allow the testing to the intelligent brake,providing low cost,strong adaptability,and other features.
