摘要
针对刮板输送机卡链工况,在考虑输送机中部槽的弹性和间隙、链轮与链条啮合特性等因素的基础上,建立了刮板输送机非线性动力耦合模型;通过仿真分析,得到了卡链工况下链条的最大动载;以仿真得到的最大动载为输入载荷,通过Ansys仿真分析了圆环链的受力状态。
For chain jamming conditions in the scrape conveyor, the non-linear dynamic coupling model is buih based on consideration of flexibility and gap of middle trough, wheel and chain fitting features, etc. ; through simulation analysis, the maximum dynamic load under chain jamming condition is figured out, which is taken as input load to analyze the load bearing state of round-link chain by Ansys.
